Campus Involvement

As a member of Tri Delta each sister is encouraged to develop her character and gain valuable experience by joining organizations on the University of Florida’s campus, serving the community and participating in intramurals. Tri Delta sisters are involved in a variety of organizations on campus including: Florida Blue Key, Cicerone Student Ambassadors, Student Government, Young Leadership Conference, Florida Leadership Academy, Freshman Leadership Council, Dance Marathon, Children’s Miracle Network, Homecoming Court, Business Gators, Gator Growl, Ad Society, National Student Nurse’s Association, Panhellenic Council, Order of Omega and many more.

Aside from being involved on campus, Tri Deltas serve the community by participating in several service projects each semester. Whether it’s having Best Buddies over for dinner, playing with our furry friends at the Alachua County Humane Society, winning the Greek Blood Drive or painting murals at a local elementary school with Project Makeover, Tri Deltas are committed to being active members of the local community.

Service projects are just one of the way sisters work together as a team. Sisters also form teams to participate in intramural basketball, flag football, soccer, swimming and volleyball. Any sister is welcome to play, and Tri Deltas can frequently be found on Norman Field practicing for games or working out together in one of UF’s recreational centers.
